I believe physical training makes you not only physically stronger but also mentally tougher. Through discipline and perseverance, you can challenge yourself to achieve new goals. What I like about Strong to Serve’s mission is that it focuses on making a difference in the lives of others while improving yourself. I’m running my first half marathon this year to challenge myself and have an impact in the lives of orphans. I want to extend an open invitation to all to join Strong to Serve!
